Made for the release of the Nike Free 5.0 trainer, and the Asian market this ad is pretty much an identical concept to the previously shown JJ onwards animation. As polished as it is, my preference is for the simpler lines and setting of the JJ version, which inspires a more engaging, emotional response in me. Maybe its a cultural thing? Check it out either way.

A estátua de Kobe em tamanho real de Gigantor (Tetsujin 28) está pronta
A estátua feita em tamanho natural do personagem-robô Tetsujin 28 (Gigantor) foi terminada esta semana na cidade de Kobe. Agora os técnicos estão dando os últimos retoques, mas a cerimônia de inauguração deve acontecer no domingo, dia 4 de outubro. O monumento ao heróico robô dos desenhos animados está instalada na estação de Shin Nagata. O site oficial do monumento é este aqui.

A estátua de Tetsujin 28, ou Gigantor como foi chamado no Brasil, é uma homenagem ao autor da história Mitsuteru Yokoyama que era da cidade de Kobe.
La proxima serie del espacio Noitamina (donde fueron emitidos otros animes como Honey & Clover, Mononoke o Paradise Kiss) presenta un anime más extraño que de costumbre: Kuchuu Buranko (Trapecio).
Basado en la novela del mismo nombre escrita por Okuda Hideo, Kuchuu Buranko narra las aventuras de Ichirô Irabu, un psiquiatra y terapeuta excéntrico, con complejo de Edipo, con un fetiche por las inyecciones y propietario de un Porsche verde. Normalmente los pacientes de Ichirô terminan en peor estado del que se encontraban antes de conocerlo.
El anime, además de las peculiaridades de su argumento, será una mezcla de 2D e imagen real. Yumi Sugimoto interpretará a la sexy enferma que acompaña al doctor, tanto en las escenas 2D como en las reales, mientras que Yuji Mitsuya and Romi Paku se repartirán el papel del doctor, ya que este sufre varias transformaciones a lo largo del día.
Kuchuu Buranko vuelve a reunir a gran parte del staff que trabajó en Ayakashi y Mononoke, con Kenji Nakamura como director y con Takashi Hashimoto como diseñador de personajes y director de animación.
OMG! An episode all about Hitagi!!! This is heaven and pure ♥! Summarised in a line, this episode is about Hitagi’s first date with Koyomi. Onwards with the screenshots!
This definitely feels like a final episode, though there are still supposed to be 3 more non-TV episodes that are to be broadcasted on the web.
We see how Hitagi has really changed after meeting and falling in love with Koyomi, and their conversation during star-gazing was really romantic and honest, with Hitagi telling Koyomi that all she has to offer him is her ability to help him in studying, a cute junior, a brusque father, and the starry sky. There is also her body, but due to her past, she’s afraid of doing with Koyomi what the potential-rapist did to her before. And she acknowledges that though she has a life of misfortunes, she is glad for it since the misfortune is what allowed her to meet and fall in love with Koyomi. Each then admits what he/she likes about the other person, and Hitagi asks for a kiss from Koyomi. Looking into each other’s eyes, Koyomi reflects on how it would be a day to remember for both of them.
A volta de Dragon Ball Z a televisão japonesa para comemorar 20 anos da criação da série tem uma grande surpresa, é uma nova versão do Z com um nome novo: Dragon Ball Kai! (DBK?)
A versão Kai terá apenas 100 episódios, ou seja, cortando 191 episódios da versão Z, pois vai ficar bem mais parecido com o mangá, sem perca de tempo e fillers inúteis no meio.No começo Dragon Ball Z foi exibido no Japão em em abril de 1989, até janeiro de 1996, e acontece que o Akira Toriyama ainda estava escrevendo e publicando o mangá.

It’s the time of the year again where we get to pick new animes to watch. I haven’t watched enough anime this year as my attention have drawn closer to asian dramas. I’ve only picked a few ones since I used to watch every single anime releases and end up not being able to finish it at all. As of this time, I only have 3, I might add some more if there lots of good feedbacks on other animes but I’d have to wait until it’s released.
FAIRY TAILLucy is a 17-year-old girl, who wants to be a full-fledged mage. One day when visiting Harujion Town, she meets Natsu, a young man who gets sick easily by any type of transportation. But Natsu isnt just any ordinary kid, he’s a member of one of the world’s most (in)famous mage guilds: Fairy Tail.
-I’ve heard about the manga particularly everywhere, I honestly thought it’s a hentai/ecchi manga so I never checked it out.. Seems like a lot have been anticipating for the adaptation, it’s shounen with a similar vibe as Naruto and Bleach so it’s really no wonder that it’s already quite popular. This should be worth a try.

-I absolutely have no idea what this is about! But, don’t you find the art familiar? Yes! It looks like Death Note. Apparently, manga artists Takeshi Obata (Death Note), Takeshi Konomo (Prince of Tennis), and Tite Kubo (Bleach) are involved in this production. And this will also be done by Madhouse Studios so this gotta be good!

-Yes, Japan is now adapting this korean drama “Winter Sonata” that was said to be a very huge hit in Japan. I’m not really sure if I’ll follow this series as I have never seen the korean drama despite of my friend who kept on nagging me to watch the drama. My curiosity grew even more when this drama was also mentioned in an episode of Proposal Daisakusen which is one of my fave drama. Guess I’m cool with it. I hope it would be good.. or better!
Hello everyone, welcome to the first installment of…
CHOCOLATE SPACESHIP.
This blog was created to maintain a level of oversight to the largest project I have ever attempted to undertake. It is a story about a lot of things, as you’ll find out in these ramblings, i’m sure. I have taken inspiration from my favorites: Chuang Tzu, Antione De Saint-Exupery, Richard Adams, Margery Williams and many, many others that I most likely haven’t even realized yet.
It is a tale about a boy, a prince, that must undergo many changes before he realizes what he really is. It’s a tale about death, life, love, uniqueness, the arbitrary universe, dreams, and courage.
The format is a big problem for me. I want there to be a story book element to it, but I can’t just put everything down in prose with simple illustrations. It was originally conceived as a sequential art piece (a comic) but the scope has led me down a different path. The idea I’ve come up with so far is: BOTH. So it will be an alternating form of sequential art and prose, hopefully it will come together nicely and create the feel I want.
Here is the cast of characters:
Hevavahkema (Kema) is the main protagonist, the prince. He is characterized by his angry eyebrows, hat, horns and pointed ears.
Pi Sugnya (Pi) is the Maiden in the story who is missing, for unknown reasons, and shares many traits with Kema.
Hu-tieh is the King of Flowers who plays a role as trickster and mentor.
Dhad’hama is a mysterious scholar in the woods, much of this characters role is taken from Taoist and Confucian models. I think of him as a detached intellectual who knows that he can’t reach his dreams, because he knows too much.
Metulj is the Lionesse, she is sort of an aspect of Kema. She is wild inhuman and magical. She becomes various things throughout the tale, but never shines as brightly as Kema, and this, as you will see, bothers her greatly.
There are various other entities within the tale but those are the main cast for now. This is still a major work in progress.

Otra nueva noticia desde la feria que se está celebrando del videojuego en Japón, llamada la Tokyo Game Show. Y es que se mostro un tráiler de un nuevo juego, de la serie Hokuto no Ken o El puño de la estrella del norte (en España).
Aun no se sabe para qué plataformas saldrá, lo que sí sabemos es que en el video aparece una fecha, que es el 14 de Octubre, habrá que esperar a esa fecha para saber más información del mismo.
Animax empezará a emitir la serie Air Gear, basado en el manga de Oh!Great. El anime de 2006, fue animado por Toei, con dirección de Hajime Kamegaki (Ayashi no Ceres, Naruto Shippûden La Película) y cuenta con 25 capítulos. Iniciando el 25 de septiembre, la serie de transmitirá de lunes a viernes en el siguiente horario: 12:25h, 17:50h y 22:15 h.En Air Gear, Ikki es un niño huérfano de 13 años que vive con otras tres niñas huérfanas. Las tres hermanas utilizan los Air Treck, unos patines con un micro motor que permite viajar a velocidades extremas. Sinopsis:
La serie se enfoca en las vivencias de Yorito Morimiya, un aficionado fotógrafo del cielo, a partir de un peculiar encuentro con una chica misteriosa en pleno amanecer, en aquel momento ella golpeaba una máquina expendedora de bebidas que le robo su dinero, Yorito al ver la situación usa su fuerza para ayudarla y cuando al fin la maquina da su bebida a la joven, esta desaparece misteriosamente; el por su parte no se alcanza a imaginar como ella cambiara su vida y hará que salga a flote la verdad de su origen.
Mi punto de vista:
Cada aspecto de la serie llega a ser bastante interesante, en un principio aparenta algo de suavidad, sin embargo a partir del episodio cuatro aproximadamente se torna mucho más misteriosa; la intriga es el principal efecto que tiene cada acción de los personajes, Matsuri (Protagonista junto a Yorito) es el espejo de muchas situaciones que son aplicables a nuestra vida, en lo que a mí respecta ella cambio mi modo de ver las cosas, cada carencia, cada sueño, a pesar de los obstáculos de uno u otro modo se deben sobrepasar, sin importar que tan imponente suene la palabra ‘IMPOSIBLE’ en las metas que nos planteemos. En medio del romance que envuelve a los protagonistas y aquel ser que se interpone en una relación que analizando las circunstancias no tendría lógica, pero el amor y los deseos superan los obstáculos; un sentimiento que se da entre una Yaka y un “humano”, no es el típico romance de tipo shojo y esa fue una de los elementos que logro captar mi atención, además de tener sus toques de comedia que la hacen mucho más entretenida y te relajan luego deber una escena bastante dramática.
Los personajes secundarios también desempeñan un papel esencial en la historia, dependiendo de su rol ha de tener una consecuencia que repercute en la situación que viven Yorito y Matsuri, personajes distanciados solo en un principio a causa de las dificultades que tiene ella por su condición de Yaka, esto no le permite contacto alguno con la luz solar y el lazo que establece con Yorito se basa principalmente en una promesa, él le cumplirá el sueño de poder ver el cielo, no solo en la noche que es la única posibilidad que tenia, sino por un medio mucho más significativo y profundo como lo es el amor que surge entre ellos ,la visualización, y el mismo valor que le da el a todo aquello que Matsuri no ha podido observar.
En cuanto a su calidad, su diseño es bueno, a pesar de que no sobresale en alguna novedad, solo las escenas que implican la contemplación del cielo tiene una gran importancia, por tanto más resalte lo que realmente causo que desde que la vi observara el cielo de una forma distinta, mucho más maravillada de cuanta belleza había pasado desapercibida para mi vista y como lo que te sucede puede cambiar en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.
Sola es una serie que vale la pena ver, disfrutar y reflexionar con el estupendo argumento que la rige.

La editorial Glénat, a través de sus foros, ha confirmado que siguen con la intención de publicar la revista Robot que comenzaron a publicar en 2007 y de la que sólo han editado los 3 primeros volúmenes.
La revista, de una media de 164 páginas a todo color a 24,95€, está formada por numerosas historias cortas autoconclusivas creadas y dibujadas por distintos autores, como Range Murata (creador de la revista) Hiroyuki Asada, Sho-U Tajima (MPD Psycho) o Makoto Kobayashi entre otros muchos.La intención de la editorial es retomarla para finales de año, pero en caso de que ésto no sea así, para comienzos de 2010.

Synopsis:
In this epilogue to “Blood: The last Vampire” Saya has returned, only she’s not the Saya that we remember. With no memory of her past self, she’s now a typical high school girl enjoying a normal teenage life. Unfortunately for Saya though, her peaceful existence is disrupted when Chiroptera once again begin menacing the population. Soon the young girl is torn from her home, family and friends and drawn back into the world of fighting and bloodshed as the secrets about her past and origins slowly reveal themselves.
Review:
The series is riveting to say the least. Though it consists of fifty episodes, it feels like only half that due to the brilliant pace. The introduction of many new characters makes for a refreshed and interesting storyline which actually doesn’t give the feel of a sequel but rather a brand new show altogether. The character development is utterly superb, as is the character diversity and complexity. The soundtrack goes perfectly with each scene and the artwork is very pleasing to the eye as well. The only fault I can find with this series is a certain lack in consistency with the movie as far as Saya’s appearance goes. But that pales into insignificance weighed up against everything else this show has to offer. Blood+ is one of the few series that I can attribute the word “Epic” to and I believe that there is virtually no anime fan out there who would not enjoy Blood+, including those who disliked the movie.

Man sah viele Leute, die sich aufwendig kostümierten. Viele Cosplayer aus vielen verschiedenen Serien, wie: InuYasha, Soul Eater, Naruto, Mario Bros. und viele mehr! Es war eine wahre Augenweide. Auch ich habe dies’ Jahr gecosplayt.
Es wurde auch viele Workshops angeboten, u.A. ein Fan-Dub-Workshop von und mit Crash-Dub-Studio.
Auf jeden Fall werde ich mir wieder Ende Januar 2010 die Karte für die Connichi 2010 im September ‘10 vorbestellen! Ich freu mich schon drauf. Und wenn ich einen von euch treffen würde, noch mehr.
By the way, it’s International Talk Like a Pirate Day. (YARRR! lol) However, as cool as it would be, I’m not going to write this post as a pirate. Sorry! lol.
And school is back and insane.

Also, apparently I didn’t see this earlier but this is an interesting US Open match. lol. Not sure if it beats Federer’s awesome shot, though, but it comes fairly close.
Anyway, onwards to Day 2 of Fan Expo!
The next day, we knew we had to line up fairly early to get good seats at Leonard Nimoy’s Q&A session.
Yup. That’s for Nimoy. But the people further back are just trying to get into the exhibit floor.
Surprisingly, getting there only an hour earlier seemed to get us good seats (6th row) but there was still time so we played some card games with some friends that we caught up with in line.
This game is surprisingly a lot of fun.
And then we got in.

We did pretty well, don’t you think?
Nimoy was really cool but unfortunately he got some really long and stupid questions. Still, there were some great moments and it was funny how every time he made the Vulcan sign the number of flashes from cameras increased. I’ll admit I was one of them. He told us about the story of how the gesture came about and some other cool tidbits about his time shooting the show and shooting the movie and why I did not think of recording any of his session I don’t know. I can only blame myself for that moment of stupidity, but at least I have some pictures? Ah that makes sense now. I kept trying to get good pictures so I couldn’t have been videotaping. Or at least that’s the excuse I’ll use from now on. lol.

It was also funny because both my sister and I realized afterward we were thinking of the same question to ask him: “What do you think about the Spock/Uhura pairing?” And it was even more hilarious because my sister was dressed up as Uhura. But unfortunately, we were both to shy to put our hands up. Anyway, we still had a good time seeing him.
Then we went to see Linda Hamilton and she was pretty cool. She talked a lot about the character of Sarah Connors and about working with Arnold and she was pretty funny. She also talked about her ex James Cameron and actually made jokes about him too so that was cool because I’m pretty sure many of us weren’t sure if it was okay to ask about that subject, but she was perfectly fine with it.
Next was Avery Brooks and that… was kind of disappointing. Sure, he has an awesome voice and that in itself was reason enough to go see him but he himself… well it was pretty obvious he was a drama teacher. He kept trying to be deep and sometimes he was but really it was just a bunch of filler words to sound cool. Although it’s not completely his fault, since he got asked even worse questions than what Nimoy got asked, but when someone tried to ask him something ‘normal’, he did NOT give a normal reply. I remember one of the questions being “What are you doing now?” or basically what new projects was he working on and he went on basically saying that he was “staying alive”. He would keep trying to explain the most random things and end each sentence with “do you understand?” or “you know?”. Or for a while, he would end his sentences with “EH?” since we were in Canada. That got old pretty quickly due to how frequently he said it. Anyway, I think I kind of zoned out near the end but he randomly went off stage to grab a bible and started singing. I do have a video of this but it was already on Youtube so here it is.
Later we saw Bruce Campbell who I didn’t really know but my brother-in-law did and he had an awesome Q&A session. It didn’t really matter that I didn’t know many of the things he was in because it was still hilarious. He’s just a really funny person who knows how to handle fans which is definitely something I respect because it is NOT easy lol. (Language Ahoy!) This was a funny moment and totally his character. He was definitely entertaining.

This person has better-looking videos of Bruce’s Q&A than I do and she’s slightly closer seating-wise but… I don’t mean to be rude but she’s got an even more annoying laugh than I do and that’s saying something. But she does have the whole session while I only have most of it, so that’s cool.

We had no idea which building we had to go to, because, you know, we have never been on that certain college campus D:
So we called our friends to see which building we had to go to and whatnot and we eventually found it after about 20 minutes of searching…

This is now occupied by my Hetalia cards I really needed something to put them in, and what better else than THIS?!?

Saw some freakin’ awesome artbooks, WHICH I PRACTICALLY DIED OVER, but I was too poor for them *sob*
And thennnn I found this:
I was…shocked. I was looking through the shitajiki…and I found Land of the Blindfolded. I jumped at it.
I literally glanced at it, and asked the guy at the table if I could have it while simultaneously staring at it and taking out my wallet.
I just…just really really really really love…this manga…or anything by Tsukuba Sakura for that matter…
After this, we drifted into the other side of the hall, which was the artist’s alley, and I found someone selling Hetalia fanart stuffs
But I was like “UHH BUT I DON’T WANT TO WASTE ALL MY MONEY TODAY MAYBE TOMORROW” (or something like that)
So instead I got a Neku name badge-thingy xD I put it on my lanyard, which I left in Anilechii’s car…Damn it D:
Come to think of it, all the name badge-thingys I buy are all of Neku…(Anime Expo cough cough)
Next, we waited like, 10 minutes to get Anilechii a shirt because the lady at the table was counting Pachinko balls. Yes. Pachinko balls.
The reason being she had a Pachinko machine and would let people play it and pay for stuff with the balls they won xD
It was cool, but I didn’t play it, and the shirt Anilechii wanted was only in one size, so she got a Byakuya phone strap instead lol.
After that, we went to the Toy Mandala table, and I wanted this mushroom hat. It was like $16, and Anilechii wanted to get 2 hats, but I was like “Let’s look around and see if we want other stuff before we waste all this money.” We got 3 pins from Toy Mandala, a Sasuke pin, a Kon pin, and a Nausicaa pin The dude at the table…he was…weird…like…forceful…and stuff…It was awkward…and stuff….

Light Yagami es, al parecer, uno de los estudiantes más conspicuos de Japón, como bien dice él. Detesta el crimen y la maldad que existe en el mundo, y sueña con un entorno utópico libre de tales lacras. Su vida cambia radicalmente cuando encuentra en el suelo un misterioso cuaderno en cuya portada se lee DEATH NOTE (cuaderno de muerte). Detrás del cuaderno hay instrucciones sobre su uso, donde destaca el hecho de poder matar a una persona (siempre y cuando se conozca el rostro de ella) de cualquier causa que se especifique entre los 40 segundos y 6 minutos sino se especifica simplemente muere de un ataque al corazón 40 segundos después de escribir el nombre de aquella persona en el Death Note. Light se mantiene escéptico de la autenticidad del cuaderno, pero después de probarlo en dos ocasiones, se da cuenta que su poder es real. Pasados 5 días lo visita un shinigami llamado Ryuk. Los shinigamis son seres de otra dimensión que usan los Death Note para matar personas y así prolongar su propia existencia. Ryuk le explica a Light que el Death Note que encontró le pertenece, pero cuando se extravía, en el mundo humano, automáticamente pasa a ser posesión de la persona que la encuentre, hasta que ésta última muera o el cuaderno sea destruido. A su vez Light le cuenta a Ryuk que su objetivo es matar a los criminales, para así limpiar al mundo de la maldad y convertirse en el dios de un mundo nuevo, libre de crimen.
Pronto, las numerosas muertes sin explicación atraen la atención de la policía, la cual pide ayuda a un misterioso detective mundialmente conocido como L. L se da cuenta que Kira (apodo con el cual se conoce al asesino, el cual es Light) puede matar a las personas con sólo conocer su nombre y su rostro. Ambos empiezan una pelea de ingenio y astucia, enfrentándose a una serie de situaciones, siempre con el fin de descubrir la identidad del otro y de demostrar quién es la justicia.

Daily sketch in drawing class today. Got it done within 10 minutes.
I find it a bit hard to talk about new subjects in my blog. Bleh.
I wonder if there’s people like me that kinda dislike the new people to manga. You know them. They read Tokyopop manga, Naruto, Bleach, and any long series/only the licensed manga series in a bookstore. And then they like it tremendously. [When infact, the series has no real plot value and it goes on and on forever. ] But I do like some licensed series like Chobits, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Pet shop of Horrors, there are many I used to like, and dislike. I once read the first volume of Naruto. It was funny, but the rest of the volumes were dissatisfying to me. Not like anyone can recall the ninja sterotype again. Another one was bleach. I really thought it was cool and all, but after the 100th episode/15th manga volume, I gave that series up straight away. It’s totally illogical for Ichigo to still hold on to life after being brutally whipped by some espada [ What's with all the Spanish names after the 10th volume or something? ] that is way higher in rank. But then again, most story plots like that make the main character “invincible ” that it totally destroys the whole plot/the reader is screwed.
But anyways, I kinda wish I could tell newbies to the manga sensation, to not always relie on the bookstore for manga. Every day, there is a new manga series on the web, current manga being translated, and way more varieties of manga to be read on the internet. Now I don’t promote mangas that are already licensed and all that crap that made crunchyroll “not fun” [ As in, buy the manga rather than reading a licensed one online, but then again, I'll only buy a manga if it's really good. Heck, go sue people who put free movies and video episodes online. ], but the internet is really, a bigger source of manga than a Barnes N’ Noble. But then again, it’s still quite easy to read licensed stuff online anyways. [ I won't go that much into that topic since I assume it's been discussed epic-ly a thousand times over. ]
Advantages: Free, bigger pages, updates quicker than licensed ones.
Disadvantages: Font may be messy/ scan messy, sites like mangafox.com have too many ads on them
Now, how to move the new generation of readers online…

Para inaugurar la categoría de Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha en MICHIRU Yuri Magazine qué mejor que hacerlo con una recopilación de todo el Anime producido sobre esta conocida franquicia de acción y Magical Girls creada por el estudio Seven Arcs en el año 2004.
Incluyo las tres series de T.V. realizadas hasta la fecha sobre Nanoha, más la pequeña serie de O.V.A.s en la que tuvo sus orígenes: Triangle Hearts: Sweet Songs Forever (adaptación al Anime del tercer videojuego de la saga Triangle Heart) en la que ya veíamos a una pequeña Nanoha como personaje secundario antes de protagonizar posteriormente las populares series que llevarían su nombre.

Estou tentando tirar o atraso com os epis de Bleach, mas tá difícil! É que estou meio atolada com as coisas da faculdade…sabem como é, cálculo é um troço que consome diversas horas do meu diazinho xD
Bom, vamos lá, um resumitcho do episódio 234 ^^
Bleach 234
O episódio começa com Kyourako e Ukitake no 4º esquadrão, recebendo as notícias de que ainda não existem pistas sobre Yamamoto.
Ukitake preocupado com a situação
O engraçado dessa cena é que vemos um pouquinho de interação Ukitake/Unohana, já que ele fica claramente desconfortado ao saber que Mayuri a examinou LOL.
De acordo com Unohana, Mayuri descobriu que as Zans se tornaram independentes de seus mestres, o que é realmente preocupante não?
A Zan assassina doida: Kaseshini (é assim que se escreve? o.o")
Voltamos então para o 9º esquadrão, aonde Hisagi e outros shinigamis se encontram após mais uma busca pelas Zans. Então, uma Zan maluca e assassina (de quem será? huahauhau) começa a atacar do nada. Hisagi vai enfrentá-la.
Os dois seres hilários que formam a Zan do Renji: Zabimaru
Vemos então a parte mais hilária do episódio: Renji não sabia que a sua Zan eram na realidade dois seres, e ainda mais uma mulher ^^’
Enquanto vemos Hisagi “fugindo” da sua Zan assassina, Renji tenta conversar com a sua, mas sem sucesso claro.

A maior parte do epi se concentra no mundinho da Zangetsu/Hollow do Ichigo. Muramasa se mostra capaz de literalmente entrar no mundo das Zans. Após apanhar, Ichigo vê seu Hollow tomar a frente para lutar (estranho não? Mas claro, ele só interfere porque se o Ichi morre ele morre tbm huahauahua).
Muramasa tenta então liberar os instintos do Hollow, mas adivinha só? Ele não reprime nada HUAHAUHAUAH – Portanto, não adianta (fala sério, o Hollow tenta tomar conta doo Ichigo sempre que tem a oportunidade, ele já é um ser que segue seus instintos cegamente xD).
Bom, basicamente é isso, sei que dava para elaborar mais, mas sabe como é, estou tentando voltar ao ritmo normal, acompanhando o lançamento (quero só ver…xD)

(But it doesn’t make the anime bad) this is a manga that I have watch over 5 times and every time I just cant stop watching. I think this anime have a meaning but it changes from person to person I think.
Plot
The series is set many years after a devastating war, which killed 80% of the Earth’s population. Earth is being watched by a group of beings known as The Third, named after the red eye on their forehead (Space Eye) that can access many types of computer systems. It follows the adventures of Honoka and Bogie.
Honoka is a jack-of-all-trades who travels throughout the barren earth with the help of a sand tank operated by Bogie, an AI. She does various jobs like ridding areas of oversized spiders in order to make a living. One night while traveling through the desert, she comes upon a strange man named Iks. She saves Iks from a group of stigma ants in the vicinity. After saving his life, Iks requests to follow Honoka in her journeys so he can observe the world. During travel or at night, she recites poems by a writer named “Dona Myfree”

Sinopsis: La historia del anime se encuentra basada en la historia de Arcueid (final Tsukihime: True Ending Arcueid) del juego, donde sigue la vida de Shiki Tohno, un prodigioso estudiante de secundaria de 17 años, dotado de una misteriosa habilidad para ver las “Lineas de la Muerte”, las cuales, cuando son cortadas, destruyen el objeto o el ser en el que estaban. Un producto de una herida que sufrió en su niñez que casi le cuesta la vida, esta única aunque traumatizante habilidad de Shiki está escudada y oculta por un par de lentes especiales, un regalo de su niñez hecho por una misteriosa mujer, Aoko Aozaki. Ésos lentes lo ayudan a evitar ver las Lineas de Muerte y vivir una vida relativamente pacífica y normal.Después del accidente Shiki es enviado a vivir fuera de su casa (la Mansión Tohno), a causa de la herida fatal que sufrió y la mala salud que le siguió luego. Duró años viviendo con parientes de la familia Tohno, los Arimas. Finalmente, después de ocho años, y luego de la muerte de su padre, Makihisa, Shiki regresa a la Mansion Tohno a vivir con su hermana, Akiha Tohno. Akiha tiene la responsabilidad, siendo la heredera de la familia Tohno, de llevar las riendas y ser la nueva matriarca de la familia. Un día comienza a sentirse mal en la escuela, por sus problemas de anemia, y su maestro lo deja irse a casa. Mientras camina a casa de regreso pasa por un parque donde ve a una chica, a la cual se siente extrañamente atraído, Shiki la sigue y sorprendentemente la descuartiza en 17 pedazos. Al terminar, Shiki, imprevistamente se desmaya. Cuando despierta en su cama cerca de Akiha y Hisui, ella afirma que lo encontró en el parque desvanecido y así Shiki comienza a recordar lo que paso por esto le pregunta si no había nadie más en el parque aparte de él cuando ella lo encontró, Hesui extrañada le responde que no. Al día siguiente Shiki duda sobre si lo que paso fue real o un sueño, pero en ese momento escucha una voz que le dice “por fin te encontré”, Shiki voltea y encuentra a la chica que había descuartizado el día anterior.
Opinion:Un anime de vampiros (bueno segun ajajaj, como que no se lucieron en eso), la historia de tsukihime no la senti tan buena, tan interesante ni entretenida, los primeros capitulos no son muy significativos, salvo por como se conocen shiki y acueid, ya como del capitulo 7 la historia empieza tomar forma dando uno que otro jiro de trama, y su toque romantico con todo y corazones rotos, pero aun asi no resulto el anime que esperaba, tenia muchas ganas de verlo por la pupularidad de los personajes y de ser de typemoon, crei que era demasiado bueno, igual por por esperar mucho no termine totalmente satisfecho, pero bueno el final esta bien, no fue decepcionante, bueno esperaba un final feliz ajajaj pero SPOILER fue triste ver que arcueid y shiki no permanecieran juntos T.T, despues de que vimos como se fueron conociendo y encariñando durante el anime, como fue que shiki le enseño a arcueid ese mundo desconocido para ella, que hasta ir al cine y a los videojuegos era emocionate, pero bueno, esos finales un poco diferentes alejados del tipico final feliz estan bien de vez en cuando ajajajaj.El diseño de personajes no es muy bueno es muy “normal” podria decir, ademas de que arcueid tiene un aire como de seriedad y frialdad, (alemenos eso percibia en las imagenes que habia encontrado en internet) y es todo lo contrario, es tierna, inocente y simpatica, y termina por agradarte mucho, talvez de ahi la pupularidad de este personaje ajajaj. Los openings y edings no me gustaron, el opening menos, ese tipo de openings con pura musica sin letra no es de mi estilo como que me aburren y al eding no le preste mucha atencion, tampoco me gusto, de hecho rara vez los escuchaba. En fin, aun que te gusten los animes de vampiros no creo que te satisfaga este ya que no explotan mucho ese aspecto, pero tiene una historia descente despues de la mitad.
Veredicto: 8, el anime esta regular, pero por arcueid lo recomiendo ajajaja.

Kína egyedül sétál a dzsungelben, amikor egy ismeretlen kisgyerekre talál rá. Chibihon kawaiiiiiiiii~ *___* Kína bemutatkozik és felajánlja segítségét neki, de Chibihon lealázza már a beszéd stílusával. XDDD
Chibihon megnőtt, és elkezdett rajzolni. Kínának feltűnt, hogy nem tud írni, ezért megtanítja neki a kanjikat. Japán el is kezdi őket használni kicsit másképp.
Kína: Ne alakítsd csak át úgy hiraganába! XDDD
Később Japán megmutatta Kínának a bábozást.
Kína és Japán összetalálkozik egy sétáló pandával.

Amerika kamra takarítása bemutató. Grrrrrrrrrrr… >__< Haladás, egy kis jelenet Amerika vs. Anglia csatáról. Angolul. Felirat nélkül. XD „Hey England, afterall, I want freedom!” Anglia: „I won’t allow it!”
Két dolog idegesít engem. Egyik Kína és Japán története. Egy fontos részt kihagytak belőle, ami kiváltotta a kettejük közti ellenszenvet. Az extra storyban benne van, de azért így félbe hagyni… Ja és eredetileg Tibetnek mutatta be Japánt.
Másik: Amerika kamratakarítás. Nagyon sok értékes másodpercet elvesz ez a bemutató bigyusz, pedig helyette egy csomó részt be tudtak volna odarakni. Érthető, hogy 5 perc alatt nem lehet lebonyolítani, ezért van darabokban, mert a mangában is hosszabb, mint a többi. Hát még a drama cd-ben. Na de mindegy, annak ellenére aranyos rész volt.

Anyway, I haven’t really been keeping up on Summer anime, and I don’t think I’ll be keeping up on much next season (Natsu no Arashi, Trapeze, Kobato and Nogizaka aside), but I have been watching some of my backlog!
I’ve finally gotten around to watching Lucky Star, I’ve started Toshokan Sensou, VOTOMS, Starship Operators and Battle Programmer Shirase. Whether I can finish any of these before I go to university is a completely different matter though.
I guess I might make a content-filled blogpost soon. Maybe.
You’ll be pleased to hear that this entry will be considerably shorter than the previous one, because I’ve reviewed both number 8 and number 7 before! I don’t particularly want to repeat myself so I’ll just be highlighting a few genre specific points in this post. So without much further space filling – onto number 8 & 7!
8. Macross Frontier:(For my review of this see Short Reviews: Part 8)
What mecha orientated list would be complete without an entry from the Macross franchise!? And since Frontier is the only Macross series I’ve actually seen to date of any length (I’ve see Do You Remember Love and Macross Plus) its the obvious choice for me!
I loved Frontier when I was watching it, and I still have a high opinion of the series as a piece of entertainment. Macross Frontier isn’t the most original series – as an anniversary piece its more of an homage to the older Macross series and other mecha series. However as a result the series basically has everything I love about the mecha genre! Great characters, exciting plot line, a ton of action, excellent soundtrack and wonderful animation – Frontier has it all tied up in a pretty and massively entertaining package!
Filled with cliches, stereotypical characters and plot twists you can see coming a mile off, Frontier is by no means perfect – however as I’ve said in my review, its a series that has entertainment as is sole goal – and I was entertained and remain entertained still! Of course my opinion may change once I start into the classic Macross series that I plan to watch in the near future, but for now Frontier is my poster child for Macross.
The animation in this series was stunning and the mecha designs were no exception. I loved the detail and design of the Valkyrie’s, the Macross Quarter and Macross Frontier itself…….the Valkyrie dogfights were jaw-dropping and varied. The transformable nature of the mecha in this series made for some really stunning transition scenes and massive beam-spamming once the Macross vessels got in on the action! Frontier really was a visual feast for action scenes.
Of course the other important aspect of a Macross series is its music – and Frontier does not disappoint. I still regularly listen to the soundtracks and songs like Northern Cross, Diamond Crevasse and Aimo (as well as the awesome Nyan Nyan Service Medley) are fairly high up on my most played list. Of couse the Kanno Yokou score was also very impressive and worked flawlessly with the animation.
So yeah for pure entertainment value you can’t really go wrong with a bit of Macross Frontier!
7. Bokurano:(For my review of this see Short Reviews: Part 5)
And now for something completely different! Bokurano is just about as far from Macross Frontier as you can go within the same genre. A dark, emotional and often depressing series, Bokurano is more of a deconstruction of the standard mecha series than anything else.
It has the recognisable elements – giant mecha, teenaged pilots, plot where the fate of the world is at risk and a mascot character (although Dungbeetle isnt exactly ‘cute’), but - adds in some decidedly non-standard twists to its plot. For one we see the actual fall-out of having giant robots battle in urban areas – people die, the damage does not disapear by the next episode, lives are ruined. The young teen pilots are also not your usual mecha pilots – they are frightenly normal and oh so very scared by what they’re going through; the excitement of being Zearth’s pilots only lasted a single episode. I can’t really discuss much more about the plot of Bokurano as that takes away from the shock value which was one of the reasons I highly rate this show – whereas with Macross Frontier my genre savy-ness ruined the plot twists, in Bokurano this was made moot as this show goes out of its way to be different so the twists have a lot of impact.
In terms of mecha – its extremely ungainly and odd looking with its ridiculously tall spindly legs – once again adding a unique spin to the typical trappings of the mecha genre. The conspicuous CGI just adds to the weirdness of the mecha designs and rather vicious battles.
Bokurano is on this list because it made a lasting impression on me – its mecha, but original and really quite dark – very welcome in a genre that is quite saturated in samey shows.

First of all, I do have to thank everyone for visiting my blog from those of you who are fans of my weekly video review series ‘Actar’s Reviews’ to those of you are just a visiting fellow Okaku. It really means a lot to me and I do appreciate your viewership, support, encouragement and comments.
So on to the main issue at hand.
The year is drawing to a close (well kinda) and it is that time of the year when exams are right around the corner. Thus, I have been busy studying MATH, PHYSICS, ECONOMICS and LITERATURE which I probably won’t need later on in life. But I digress. (^.^;)
These things have really been keeping me occupied and all the free time I have is dedicated to keeping up with weekly Anime releases, playing SUPER ROBOT WARS MX
on my PSP and of course, trying to find ways to earn enough cash to keep the reviews going. (^.^)
So, that’s basically my excu… reason for not blogging as often as I would like. There are a ton of stuff, like my opinions on issues and events and of course reviews, that I actually plan on posting and will definitely do so after my exams.
Wonder how many people actually know of the LE Touhou figures produced by Griffon. Was lucky enogh to snag Aya.
During my absence, I’ve also been getting into a number of other things, first of all Touhou, hence the title pic of Aya, my absolute favorite character. The games themselves are really enjoyable, though I perform horrendously at them.
I like ‘Shoot the Bullet’ the most as it’s a really unique take on the shooting game genera. Aya rules.
And because of Saki, I’ve learnt to play Japanese Mahjong. Ah, the wonders of Anime. (^.^;) I highly recommend trying out the Doujin Saki Battle Mahjong game. It’s a whole lot of fun.

So, splitting them up into Fantastic, Average and Meh, here are my recommendations:
FANTASTIC: Saki, Umineko no Naku Koro Ni, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu S2, Zan Sayonnara Zetsubou Sensei, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, Princess Lover!, NEEDLESS, Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-Chan, Bakemonogatari, CANAAN.
AVERAGE: Sora no ManiMani, Umi no Monogatari, Aoi Hana, Taishou Yakyuu Musume, Yoku Wakaru Gendai Musume.
MEH: GA: Geijutsuka Art Design Class, Kanamemo.
I didn’t see Element Hunters because I hate Chemistry. Nuff said. Haven’t finished Spice and Wolf Season 1, so not watching the sequel yet.

Pour résumer, on suit les différents pays d’Europe et du monde à travers les évènements majeurs du XXième siècle. Et pour rajouter au côté choupinet et totalement décale, chaque pays a été anthropomorphisé et stéréotypé! C’est bonheur! Principalement, l’Angleterre et la France se tapent dessus à tout bout de champ et pour n’importe quoi, le Japon regarde tout ça en ne comprenant rien du tout pendant que l’Autriche fait sa loi et protèste à grand coups de piano quand elle est pas contente. L’Amérique se goinfre de burgers toute la journée en se prenant pour un héro, le Canada est ignoré de tout le monde, et l’Italie…euuuh…est inutile…(traduction du titre ‘hetare’ = ‘inutile’, “Itaria’ = ‘Italie’ = Hetalia)
Alors ils sont tous chouxxxxx!!!

Light’a bunlar çok saçma gelse de, defteri eve götürür. Merakına yenik düşer ve televizyonda gördüğü teröristin adını deftere yazar. 40 saniye sonra suçlunun öldüğü haberi yayımlanır. Bu olayın bir tesadüf olduğunu düşünen Light, bir deneme daha yapar. Bu sefer gerçekten işe yaradığına inanır. Bunun üstüne, tüm suçluların adını deftere yazma, Japonya’yı suçlulardan arındırma kararı alır.
Aradan geçen 5 günden sonra, Ryuuk adındaki Shinigami, Light’ın odasına gelir. Ryuuk’un kendisini öldüreceğinden korkan Light, aslında onun hiçbir şey yapmayacağını anlar. Türünün en iyi örneklerinden biri Death Note. Tüm animeyi “nasıl yaa, nasıl yaaa?!” nidalarıyla izliyorsunuz. Özellikle Light ve L’in ne kadar ince plan yaptıklarını görünce, animenin (daha doğrusu manganın) yaratıcılarının ne kadar iyi bir iş çıkardığını anlıyorsunuz. Animenin soundtrackleri ise çok başarılı. L’s Theme B şiddetle tavsiye edilir.
Anime severlerin arşivinde bulunması gereken bir anime, Death Note. Şaheserler arasında yerini çoktan almış durumda.

This anime was sleeping for too long in my “to watch list”: so I tried to get rid of it as soon as I could, and now, I’m pretty sure I’m going to watch it again: I totally fell for it. There’s one point, however, that puzzled me: how in the world could someone watch this as a TV Anime, with one episode per day, or even per week? I watched all the day long and even though, I was forgetting some points: I think two more watching sessions and I’ll perfectly understand it all, just like SE: Lain.

So then?
The first reason that pushed me to watch Baccano! is the context: the thirties in U.S.A. golden age of crime, Mafia business and Alchemists along the way, immortality plot. It’s more than enough to attract my attention. The second reason is the opening: I’m definitly not into jazz but it’s so good and I love this way of introducing the characters =3.
Which brings me to the maint point of this anime: Characters! Many ones, different stories and goals, each one coming across the others in some way…I loved them all *o*
But the most impressive thing, in my opinion, is the scenario: it’sdefinitly the MUST of this Anime: so many sidelines stories connecting in a main one, in a weird narration. I felt like this time, we watchers aren’t taken for some jeks, maybe nuts, but not jerks. The way of telling the story is kind of messy: there’s no chronological order, we jump from a character to another, just like if the storyteller has just remembered a missing fact somewhere. Even though, I still could understand and follow the action (there’s a little come back before the action carries on which enough to connect with the previous facts). Besides, I was hooked with the plot lines: a mix of magic, crime, immortality, alchemists, mafiosi…It’d have been better if I could get to know some characters’ stories better, though: instead of Miria and Isaac long shows -which Icouldn’t find that funny-, maybe some Ladd Russo history or more of Jacuzzi Plot’s tears . In the mean time, I was impressed with the fact that the scenario was well-developped for a 13-episodes Anime.
Despite the bloody scenes and the confusing moments, Baccano! is a pure jewel: nothing of fanservice/commercial/bonanza of the moment, interesting story&characters, impressive scenario and many uncommon miscellenaous things in the Anime world.
Last detail: Baccano! means “mess” or “disorder”, which is quite the case but in a positive way …It reminds me of Harira..

Ahh how cute is that!? The Google logo on their homepage has been designed with Doraemon’s head as one of the ‘O’s yesterday, it was a reminder of Doraemon’s birthday. Everyone know’s Japan’s big on Manga and Anime right? They also previously celebrated Astro Boy too. Here’s the article Anime News Network ran:

Gake no ue no Ponyo (Ponyo sobre el acantilado) es la más reciente película de estudio Ghibli.
La historia es acerca de una chica pez (no es exactamente una sirena) llamada Brunilda, que siente gran curiosidad por el mundo humano. Ella escapa de la casa submarina de Fujimoto, su padre, y sube a la superficie, donde queda atrapada en una botella. Un chico de cinco años llamado Sousuke la rescata, le pone el nombre de Ponyo y cuida de ella por un tiempo hasta que su padre va a recogerla.
Ponyo quiere convertirse en humana y usa su poder para cumplir su deseo, lo que causa un desequilibrio en la naturaleza.
Esta peli está bieeeen linda. ^___^ Es algo así como una versión de La Sirenita, pero con muchas modificaciones que no tienen nada que ver con la historia original, ni con la de Disney.
Para disfrutar Ponyo hay que tener en mente que es como un cuento para niños, porque pasan muchas cosas que no tienen lógica si uno se pone a pensarlas detenidamente.
Lo que más me agradó de esta peli fue la animación, está preciosa, súper colorida. Además de que la niña Ponyo es una monada con patas. ^^

Yano: Mutluluk nedir?
Nana: Ne olabilir… Zor bir soru. Hmm…
Nanami Takahashi liseye yeni başlamış bir kızdır. Yano Motoharu‘yu okulda ilk gördüğünde ondan etkilenir. Zaten Yano okulun en popüler öğrencisidir ve Nana ile aynı sınıftadır. Nana, başka bir sınıf arkadaşı olan Yuri Yamamoto‘nun, Yano ile daha önce de aynı okulda olduğunu öğrenir. Yano hakkında bir şeyler öğrenmeye çalışan Nana, Yuri‘ye onun hakkında soru sorar. Yuri ise Yano‘dan nefret ettiğini söyler. Bir süre sonra Nana, Yuri‘nin ablası olan, Yano‘nun eski kız arkadaşının trafik kazasında öldüğünü öğrenir. Bir şey daha vardır; Yano hala eskiyi unutamamıştır. Buna rağmen Nana, Yano ile çıkmaya başlar.
İlk bölümlerinde yavaş ilerleyen anime aslında başlarda sıkabiliyor. Ama biraz sabredince bölümler daha heyecanlı olmaya başlıyor. Nana‘nın ise her bölümde gözü yaşlı olması bir yerden sonra bunaltmaya başlıyor. Eğer bunlara fazla takılmazsak izlenebilir bir anime. Hikayesi de iyi. Konuşmalar ise derin ve anlamlı.
Müzikler anime ile çok uyumlu. Slow ağırlıkta ve sahnelerin çoğunda kullanılmakta. Çizimleri kötü değil ama burunları ilk başta rahatsız edici gelebiliyor. Fakat her animenin kendine has bir tarzı vardır, bu da Bokura Ga Ita‘nın tarzı.
Fazla duygusal olmayı seviyorsanız bu animeyi kaldırabilirsiniz. Ama tam tersi iseniz hiç başlamayın. Yine de türünde iyi bir örnek. Hatta mangası 2005 yılında en iyi shoujo ödülünü aldı.

Despues de aproximadamente dos meses sin internet, vuelvo a las andanzas y ahora con mas tiempo libre que nunca por lo que veran actualizaciones mas de seguido.
Hubiese empezado con los articulos mucho antes, e incluso lo intente desde cibercafes, computadores de amigos o desde centros comerciales, pero ningun articulo que escribi pudo ser publicado… la razon la descubri apenas ayer:
Tenia una advertencia por haber publicado material protegido por Copyright… la cual nunca revise por lo cual no podia editar ni publicar nuevas entradas…

Fun! That’s what this weekend was.
I was there all 3 days – and all for free. I volunteered for 2 short nights (Friday & Saturday) at a D&D info table – basically, soliciting random people to play D&D and other roleplaying games.
I dressed up in the usual Commander Keen costume, though some things have been updated – the shirt is the right colour, finally. And I got some new Converse High Top red shoes for it. Aside from that, a lot of people tried out my pogo stick, and I even made an entire video for it!
